It started with a paper register
Walk into any village dairy at 5 in the morning and you will see the same thing — a thick register, a pen behind the ear, and a queue of farmers with their cans. Fat and SNF get checked, litres get noted, and the day's rate is worked out in the owner's head. It works, but it leaks: a missed entry, a wrong sum, a payment nobody can prove at month-end.
We built Milk Sarthi to keep everything good about that register and fix everything that hurts. The flow is the same one you already know — buy, sell, udhaar — so there is nothing new to learn. But now the rate is calculated for you, the slip prints on the spot, and the bill goes to the farmer on WhatsApp with a single tap.
